Our client, AS24, an international company providing services and solutions in the energy and transport industry is offering a career opportunity.AS24 Spain, a subsidiary of AS24 SAS France within the TotalEnergies network, operates in a dynamic and competitive market. We are seeking a National Sales Manager to oversee all Sales Operations in Spain and lead a team of 9 sales professionals.We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused leader with a robust sales background to manage, coach, and enhance AS24's team. The role involves motivating and developing the team, providing structured feedback to ensure top performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will actively engage in field activities with the team and work to foster unity and collaboration within the group.AS24 is expanding and becoming more structured, offering career development opportunities. We seek a professional with potential—someone curious, driven, and willing to go the extra mile, with a strong desire to implement new initiatives and grow alongside the company.You will report to the Managing Director, based in Barcelona. Responsibilities:Management and SalesLead and coach a team of 9 sales representatives, providing training and fostering high-performance.Provide on-the-ground support to teams, including guidance and assistance with operations.Set performance expectations, define commercial objectives, and expand the customer portfolio.Build key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage rebates and terms.Perform annual performance reviews and development planning for each team member.Participate in AS24 Iberia CODIR, seminars, and cross-selling meetings to align strategies.Monitoring performance and resultsGenerate sales reports, analysis on volumes, margins, non-fuel revenues, and customer contributions.Conduct gap analysis against targets and benchmarks.Ensure compliance with customer credit policy and review results with Credit Manager, CFO, and MD.Commercial policy – marketingHelp develop and implement Iberia Hub's commercial policy aligned with AS24's global strategy.Identify station expansion opportunities in Spain and inform Network Development teams.Coordinate international key accounts with Head Office and affiliates.Skills required for the position:Master’s degree in economics or business with at least 8 years in sales, including 3+ years in a managerial roleDeep expertise in Sales and Team Management.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong passion for team development and achieving growth objectives.Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, combined with a customer-focused approach and a strategic, organized mindset.Knowledge or keen interest in the transportation sector, including gas stations and tolls.Fluent in Spanish and English, or French.Our Embark on a multicultural and forward-thinking journey with AS24!
