Proficient in French (C1) and advanced English (B2); Native Flemish Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
Familiarity with sales techniques including upselling crossselling and objection handling.
Achievementoriented and motivated to work in a salesdriven environment.
Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding.
Excellent listening skills to effectively understand customer needs.
Ability to conduct effective qualification to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage inbound customer inquiries through calls emails and chat related to postsales requests.
Make outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer issues and liaise with various internal business units.
Create quotes and follow up on crossselling and upselling opportunities while maintaining a proactive and serviceoriented attitude.
Ensure uptodate knowledge of the store portfolio and postsales processes.
Initiate and manage postsales tasks including order cancellations claims management order and delivery followups refund requests and escalations.
