The New Business Manager will be pivotal in partnering with the New Business Director and European CEO in driving business development across Europe, focusing across Europe ensuring the seamless execution of projects and strategies.
This role combines strategic planning, business development, and resource management, working closely with global brand directors, new business teams, and agency CEOs to identify, engage, and secure new clients while supporting the growth of the network’s presence in Europe.
This role will support the core pillars of Havas Health Network’s strategy in Europe.
1.
New Business and Growth Strategy Map the current clients in every European market to identify areas of opportunity for growth Drive new business efforts across Europe, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client portfolio, across Europe.
Support the discovery, search, and engagement of new clients, aligning with European business goals.
Collaborate closely with global brand directors and the new business team to execute strategies that drive regional growth for existing global clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Go to Market Model Partner with the New Business Director to support the creation, design, and implementation of the new GTMM (Go to market model) for Europe Partner with the New Business Director to align regional and global efforts to deliver consistent and innovative client solutions.

Internal Collaboration and Innovation for New Business Act as a key liaison between local and global teams to align objectives and optimize collaboration.
Develop internal and external communication plans to increase visibility for European Havas Health Network services.
Support new European business-driving events for clients using our new, existing resources.

Ideal Candidate Profile.
Proven experience in new business development, client engagement, and strategic planning, preferably within a healthcare pharma or agency environment.
Strong understanding of the European market and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Understanding of resource optimization within a large, multi-agency structure.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global and regional teams.
A proactive, results-oriented approach focusing on driving growth and innovation.
