Job purpose To assist the New Zealand business to manage the stock Duties & Responsibilities Parts.
Ensure parts/equipment under inventory are properly organised, accurately labelled and stored in accordance to designated location.
Handle and monitor day-to-day operations of warehouse including inventory stock accuracy.
Conduct loading & unloading of parts/equipment from the lorry (as forklift operator).
Conduct physical inspection of incoming parts/equipment for any defects/damage.
Manually tally parts/equipment against PO/DO/packing list and update inventory receiving of parts/equipment quantity; report any discrepancies to the relevant parties if any.
Inform relevant parties on stock arrival promptly.
Maintain accurate receiving database in shared folder.
Ensure accurate and prompt system update and physical inspection for goods return.
Maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse area in accordance to standard safety procedure.
Ensure inventory/logistic documentations are filed and/or kept in well-organised manner for ease of reference.
Daily scanning and transfer of documents to AU resource Raise spares job in DFSD Arrange delivery of parts sold to our customers.
Quoting OTC parts sales - any enquiries that come though via Gary / Sean or techs Update critical spares lists with new send customers spares emails Capture parts used into DFSD jobs Checking parts arrival vs documentation Liaise with customs or expeditors / DHL on parts arrival Liaise with parts hubs re orders on backlog weekly assessment of backlog couriering parts to customers or AU as required Equipment Quality Check of the chillers on arrival Support the workshop person & assign chiller jobs Maintain the picture register of all equipment on arrival and when leaving the yard.
Add the spare parts used in DFSD Process internal requisitions Process backlog LOGISTICS Work closely with Logistic Manager in logistic arrangement, import/export documentation and clearance for incoming/outgoing shipment.
Order tracking - EXpo + NZ logistics - Thursdays meeting Skills & Experience Qualifications.
Certificate Experience.
Technical knowledge of chiller or refrigeration equipment.
Sales experience in a similar field Skills.

Required Licenses.
Driver’s license Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Positive attitude, demonstrated ability to complete tasks to deadlines, work well under pressure and work in close cooperation with all other departments
