Buscamos personas como tú, con ilusión, motivación y que quieran unirse al equipo Renault y participar en el proyecto "Back Ofiice Call Center Atención al cliente." Participarás.
-Seguimiento y análisis de los motivos de insatisfacción de las encuestas de los clientes (NPS Request y Claims) -Facilitar los códigos de radio que solicitan los clientes -Presentaciones según las necesidades del servicio Reporting según las necesidades de la actividad.
-Análisis del TOP 5 de reclamaciones y peticiones de información.
-Compartir con el Call Center, documentación e información a través del grupo de Teams que hay creado con el/la proveedor/a de CC a tal efecto.
-Soporte en el tratamiento de casos de litigios.
-Colaboración y soporte en tareas transversales con Servicios Técnicos/as.
