OES will be responsible for utilizes a wide array of knowledge, technical skills, and problem-solvingabilities to support KARL STORZ service solutions. Will improve quality by ensuring that KARL STORZ equipment is always available and fully functional, facilitate training to all levels of staff as required, implement quality improvements.Responsibilities:Shall promptly, conscientiously, and efficiently perform the following tasks to ensure that the obligations of the supporting contract are realised at the facility:-To attend at the facility at agreed times to facilitate Client support in all areas of thecustomer's facility as directed.-The day-to-day management of various KARL STORZ assets in one or multiple customerfacilities.-Provide client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use,enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients.-Training and education of KARL STORZ devices and/or services in client locations asdetermined by the facility requirements.-Completion of weekly and quarterly reports alongside supporting documents asrequired.- Ensure the confidentiality of both patient care and business matters, by assuring thatany confidential information is not shared or discussed except as required in theperformance of required duties in accordance with KARL STORZ and the facilityguidelines.- Attend all periodic and ad hoc meetings with the medical facility representative,medical and administrative staff employed by or on behalf of the facility.- Maintain technical competency through regular and frequent attendance atappropriate courses as agreed with line manager.- Ensure that the KARL STORZ performance of the services is ISO13485 compliant.- Awareness and compliance with local medical facility policies relevant to their activities.Qualifications:University Degree (Biomedical engineer, Nursery or similar) highly valued.2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment (desirable).English B2 is a must.2 years of OR experience/Medical devices.Skills, qualities, and attributes:Strong interpersonal skills, ability to concentrate on tasks, think independently, usesound judgement, prioritise, make quick decisions and problem solve.Ability to communicate at all levels effectively and work independently on assignments.Ability to work calmly under pressure.IT skills and reporting systems.What we offer?Competitive salaryPerformance bonusFlexible scheduleDigital ToolsHealth insuranceRestaurant check
