ThisWorks, a Netherlands-based provider of Employer of Record (EOR) services, payroll solutions, and work permit assistance, is seeking an organized and proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for employees in Spain. ThisWorks supports companies in hiring talent across Europe while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
This is a remote role, and we are looking for a candidate based in Spain. In this position, you'll ensure a seamless experience for new hires, handling documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for employees in Spain.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent support to new hires and clients.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams for smooth integration.
Requirements:
- Experience in onboarding or HR processes.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
