By joining The Life You Can Save, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our mission and shaping the future of global giving.Acquisition Specialist – Online DonorsResponsibilitiesAchieve the organization’s annual global online donation targets by leading donor acquisition efforts.Develop, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns focused on new donor acquisition and increasing online donations, utilizing digital ad campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.Collaborate with the Product team to define and improve the donor journey on the website, identifying pain points and causes of friction, and implementing strategies to address them.Analyze performance metrics, iterating strategies to drive measurable improvements and maximize efficiency. Performance metrics span across traffic & engagement, acquisition & conversion, revenue, channel and optimization. Manage collaborations with contractors and agencies for campaign execution, performance analytics, and email design, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery.Drive organic growth by increasing website relevance, optimizing content for target audiences, and improving search rankings through effective SEO strategies.SkillsExceptional analytical skills: You approach challenges with a data-driven mindset, hypothesize solutions, and test them rigorously.User-focused mindset: You understand donor motivations and behavior, enabling you to create empathetic, user-centered acquisition strategies.Expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on performance across organic and paid channels, including social media advertising, SEO, and SEM.Proven track record in growing organic traffic and achieving significant brand visibility improvements through content creation, optimization and technical SEO.Strong campaign management skills, from concept to completion, with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external contractors effectively.SEO Analytics: Advanced use of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to identify and act on organic traffic opportunities.Advanced GA4 skills, including setting up custom reports, tracking events, and analyzing user behavior.Conversion Rate Optimization: Ability to analyze funnel performance and propose optimizations for higher conversion rates.
