OPERATIONS ANALYST (THEY/SHE/HE)

And this is where your ride starts YOUR MISSION As an Operations Analyst you will work on the Regional forecasting function (supply & demand balance).
This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges.

THE JOURNEY Execute forecasts at a city level in SEE (South East Europe), being the owner of the process.  Coordinate with the different countries and cities in order to understand key insights about local markets.  Align with each Local Operations owner the strategy in the country, and enable it by managing the demand and supply balance (rider availability) Perform country and city analysis to come up with insights to help to improve the forecast's accuracy.
You will combine advanced analytical data insights with business understanding and market knowledge.
Work very close with local teams, to ensure the best in class operations in the region.
Implement and standardize analytical processes, and playbooks to ensure quality in Operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or in similar roles 2+ years experience in a supply/demand planning position.
Experience in Operations is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven decision-making is a must.
Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of SQL  Ability to manage the big picture, and the smallest details.
You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak.
