OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

ETG, a diversified multinational agriculture conglomerate, is currently looking for an Operations Assistant for its coffee division in Spain. This is a full-time role based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and will support and report directly to Ibericafé’s Operations Manager.About usETG, with more than 7.700 employees and 7 billion of revenue, operates across six continents (48 countries), with Africa in focus. ETG has developed into a global player with a diverse portfolio of expertise across multiple industries, encompassing Agricultural inputs, logistics, merchandising and processing, supply chain optimization, digital transformation and energy.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMaritime (containers) and road transport (trucks) management: to arrange and coordinate shipments and deliveries.Custom Clearance docs and procedures.Stock-Inventory control and report: to track and check the movement of goods to ensure the exact amount available to sell and to deliver.Efficient allocation and delivery of coffee to ensure timely delivery of goods.Traceability of all processes from procurement of raw beans to production, consumption and disposal.Reverse Logistics: to manage and arrange the process of returning parcels. Invoicing.Customer assistance and full service.RequirementsEducated to degree level in foreign trade (import-export).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.Previous experience in agro-commodities preferable coffee, but not mandatory.Advanced level of English and Spanish, oral and written. Portuguese is a plus.Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.Previous experience with an ERP system. Navision preferably.Proactivity and Positive attitude is a must.Able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail are assets.Active listening, empathy and high communication skills are key to understand the business.Analytical profile is a highly valued skill for continuing growing within the company.
