Understand the integration process in details in every step.
Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.
Implement continuous improvement practices.
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

Monitor deliverables on a daily basis identify critical points and obstacles.
Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.

Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key point of contact for the customer.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Create and maintain relevant documentation.

What Were Looking For
Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
Systems orientation and experience Networking SQL
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex integrated systems
SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
Knowledge of TCP/IP HTTP DNS SSL Web Applications Load balancers proxies and firewalls
Experience with Jenkins Git Jira
Fluency in English.
