This position involves comprehensive management of the order-to-cash process, ensuring efficient sales administration, order management, and customer support.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing commercial agreements, customer budgets, pricing, and promotions.Your main responsibilitiesSales Administration:Commercial Agreements Management: Handle off-invoice commercial agreements for both domestic and export markets.Collaboration with Sales Network: Maintain ongoing collaboration with the commercial network to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Customer Budget Management: Oversee and manage customer budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.Material and Customer Master Data Management: Maintain and update master data for materials and customers to ensure accuracy and integrity.Tariff and Promotion Management: Manage customer tariffs and promotions, ensuring all details are accurately implemented.Price Verification: Verify and check prices on orders to ensure correctness.Customer Charges Management: Handle and manage any charges related to customers.Order Management:Order Processing: Manage customer orders and address any incidents, both through EDI and manual processes.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Billing: Oversee the billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Internal Customer Support: Support and provide assistance to the internal sales network.Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with the finished goods warehouse to ensure seamless product availability and order fulfillment.EDI Experience: Utilize experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to streamline and enhance order processing.Academic BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order-to-cash processes or related roles.SAP Expertise: Proficient in SAP, preferably with experience in HANA, and at least with the SD module.Additional Skills: Previous experience in implementing the SAP SD module is a plus.Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is advantageous.Experience working on projects and accustomed to project environments.CompetencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.What do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
