OUTBOUND SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We're working with one of Europe's most ambitious scale-ups in the recruitment space to find a competitive Sales Development Manager to spearhead their outbound sales efforts, leading a team of SDRs to identify and secure new business opportunities. Your role will involve cold calling, coaching, and strategizing to optimize our outreach and achieve sales targets. This is an ambitious role with lots of room for growth and influence.Please note: the general working hours for this role will coincide with Eastern Time (i.e. Mainland Spain -6 / Canary Islands -5)What's in it for you? Excellent salary | Remote working | Competitive environment | Strong career growthResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities through outbound cold calling.Lead by example by actively participating in cold calling activities and demonstrating best practices.Provide hands-on training, guidance, and feedback to the outbound sales team to maximize their effectiveness in prospecting and lead generation.Develop and implement strategies for effective gatekeeper handling to address recurring objections from B2B prospects.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product development goals.Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of outbound sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team to ensure ongoing growth and success.Requirements:7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in outbound sales.Previous experience managing a team of outbound sales professionals, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.Strong understanding of technology, recruitment, or hospitality industries, sales experience to SMB’s would be a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Fluent/native in English.Benefits:Competitive salaryFlexible remote workOpportunities for career growth and advancementOpportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural teamIf you think your skills match this profile apply now, we are looking forward to meeting you.
