Working with us is challenging but incredibly fulfilling—if you love what you do, you’ll fit right in! 😊We are currently looking for an Outlet & Flash Sales Manager to join the team.Your work opportunity:Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products across outlet and flash sales channels to maximize new business and maintain current partner relationships at the highest level.Continuously identify new opportunities for outlet and flash sales partners that align with our brand through research and industry contacts.Lead full account management of all outlet and flash sales accounts, maximizing sales volumes and in-season purchases.Serve as the primary point of contact for all outlet and flash sales partners, managing day-to-day operational matters remotely and in person at our showroom.Develop a deep understanding of partners, fostering and building relationships with targeted outlet and flash sales accounts, while also focusing on growing existing business accounts to maximize sales opportunities.Identify and exploit all opportunities to exceed sales targets and trade above budgets with all partners.Deliver a balanced range by working with partner budgets, phasing, and product mix requirements.Have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets within the fashion sector, particularly in outlet and flash sales.Understand and report on weekly performance, submit weekly sell-through reports on all outlet and flash sales accounts, and identify potential growth areas in overperforming categories.Compile detailed monthly competitor reports, highlighting new directions, opportunities, and pricing strategies.Implement a scalable and focused outlet and flash sales strategy, setting year-by-year revenue goals and account targets.Manage the supply chain from product selection through to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.Manage partner seasonal budgets with a proactive approach, identifying and addressing challenges, and adjusting partner intake as necessary.Optimize profit performance by mitigating risks, maximizing profit, and managing departmental sales performance.Establish best practices within the team to maximize output and provide exceptional service levels to outlet and flash sales partners.Collaborate closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure partner product requirements are met.You are:Experience working in an outlet and flash sales environment for a fashion retailer, with proven success in managing outlet and flash sales relationships.Driving business growth through outlet and flash sales channels and proactively sourcing new ideas and inspiration.Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to drive profit, alongside strong analytical skills, organisation, and outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, experience working as part of a fast-paced team, and the ability to work independently.Perform under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent people management skills.Managing and developing all outlet and flash sales business, coordinating logistics (commercial invoices, packing lists), and overseeing all invoices and accounts receivables.BENEFITS of joining our teamExperience a workplace where freedom, accountability, and mutual trust are at the core.
