PART TIME LUXURY TRAVEL CONSULTANT

The CompanyWe are a boutique luxury travel operator, established in 1996, based in Girona and specialized in custom food, wine and cultural tours around Spain, Portugal, France & Italy. Our clients are individuals and small groups from English speaking countries, mainly USA, Canada and Australia. We strive to provide our guests the highest level of customer service, developing personalized travel experiences and are very proud of our excellent customer satisfaction rates and a strong repeat and referred clients’ base.The Role We are looking for a part-time passionate and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Consultant, with possibility to work remotely and one day from our office in Girona. You will be responsible for designing, quoting and managing luxury travel itineraries, including booking all of the services and sending final documentation. You will deal with local suppliers and partners to arrange activities, experiences and accommodations. You will have a high level of communication and coordination with our clients during their travels with us, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. This role implies a high level of personal commitment, which will be recognized with an attractive incentive program and possibility to customize your work hours.Your ProfileOrganized, with great administrative skills and attention to detail and tech savvy.Results and sales driven, with strong self-discipline and client-focused approach to work.Capable to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and strong commercial awareness.Prior travel industry experience and university background in travel, hospitality or similar field.Broad knowledge of our travel destinations, local culture, history, food and wine will be considered an advantage.A very high level of English is essential, as you will work with English-speaking clients (mostly American). During the interview, a level test will be taken.Availability: Start January/February 2025You must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain
