Tasks
Main duties/responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of Administration that is required within the office.
Welcoming all visitors to the office.
Dealing with all phone and email enquires in a prompt and efficient manner.
Liaising with clients to assess their needs, sales minded / skills and able to convert a high number of leads into viewings.
Marketing and advertising of properties - to include; arranging property schedules, window cards, sometimes uploading photographs and creating descriptions to new listings if the lister is busy.
Arranging appointments with vendors and providing feedback after viewings with our sales staff.
Requirements
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing all-around sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, dealing with ongoing sales enquiries, arranging appointments, and providing the highest standard of customer care.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills.
You must be a self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person who can work well within a small team environment. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and take feedback given.

Package
PART TIME permanent contract, Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm.
