Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Enablement Technical Specialist who will play a pivotal role in empowering our strategic partners to maximize their potential. Your primary focus will be on preparing the technical training of our partners in order to ensure they are well-equipped and autonomous in the implementation of our product
Position responsibilities
The function of Partner Enablement Technical Specialist has the following key areas of responsibility:

Lead development and delivery of education offering of Openbravo Product
Work closely with the technical teams in the preparation of the training documentation
Create and maintain training materials and training code repository
Conduct classroom and web-based Openbravo training programs and resolves queries
Assess and identify internal and external client training opportunities
Configure and manage all business applications specific to training (e-learning platform)
Support classroom schedules coordination, logistics and student enrollment

Position requirements
The professional we are seeking:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or a related field

Fluent In Spanish and English. French is a strong plus
Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining training materials and a training code repository
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript/React and GIT for code management are a strong plus
Proficiency in configuring and managing business applications specific to training, including experience with e-learning platforms
Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of training programs
Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in training initiatives
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze training program effectiveness and implement improvements
