We are a fast-growing startup with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG.🚀About the PositionWe’re looking for our Partnerships & Affiliates Specialist to work across the Spanish speaking and English speaking markets. Reporting to the Partnerships & Affiliates Team Lead, the role is responsible for growing and nurturing our base of affiliates. In Harbiz and Affiliates in a company or an individual that will refer us to clients at a scale. We are looking to over achieve our target to create a fully scalable system. As a Partnerships & Affiliates Specialist, you will be responsible for : Identifying, establishing and managing strategic alliances with affiliates and partners to drive business growth in English and Spanish speaking markets. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, sales and SDR teams to maximise the value of our strategic partnerships.The Partnerships & Affiliates Specialist will: Optimising and managing affiliate and partnership programmes to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.Researching, identifying, and establishing relationships with new strategic partners.Negotiating contracts with affiliates and partners, ensuring strong and mutually beneficial relationships.Keeping and strengthening relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing and long-term collaboration.Overseeing the performance of affiliate and partnership programmes by analysing data and KPIs, generating detailed reports, and proposing continuous improvements.Implementing strategies to optimise participation in events and existing collaborations, maximising return on investment (ROI).Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure affiliate and partnership initiatives align with the company's overall objectives.🔍What We Look ForUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Fluency and negotiation skills in English (minimum C1 level) and Spanish (mandatory)2-3 years of experience in Business development, corporate partnerships or a similar role.Experience with data analysis tools and metrics to evaluate performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot).Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.Agile and proactive, ability to respond to changing market conditions and consumer behaviorProject management experience Proactive approach with the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly adapt to changes in business strategies.🤲What We OfferWork on a disruptive project with an immense capacity for growth. 💪Possibilities of growth and professional development: we are a startup, and you will learn from all areas 🙌Motivating work environment Cobee discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses.Gympass: Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized.Being part of a startup growing internationally, where you can interact with a lot of teams and build the strategy of tomorrow 🚀
