With ambitious growth objectives they are seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities.
Execute and monitor daily fiat and crypto payments (onramp and offramp) for customers.
Reconcile payment flows ensuring that funds are correctly credited and debited.
Monitor transaction flows identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with banks and thirdparty payment providers to address issues or delays in transactions.
Maintain compliance with AML KYC and other regulatory frameworks related to payments.
Provide customer support for paymentrelated queries and troubleshoot transaction errors.
Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payment operations to management.
Optimize payment processing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills & Qualifications.
35 years of experience in payment processing banking or financial operations.
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
Location Remote.
Candidates residing in the CET/GMT time zones are preferred.
The working hours are from pm to 9.
pm to accommodate both Australian and Canadian transactions.
