As a Payroll Lead Specialist, you will support operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting clients' deadlines.
You will also work with management to provide the best service to clients.
In your first few weeks in this Payroll Manager role, you can expect to.
Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook Update, maintain and enforce the Defined Work Instructions DWIs and other process documentation Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing.

2-3 years of relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or corporate environment Knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch and/or French The ability to identify and mitigate risks.
