PEOPLE AND CULTURE TRAINEE

Sunset Hospitality Group is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues and with presence in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic & diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for a People & Culture Trainee to be based in our Head Office in Barcelona who will work closely with the corporate People & Culture team for Europe, North Africa & Turkey supporting in different tasks as recruitment, onboarding and administration, among others. Besides this there will be room to develop yourself in exciting side projects.Main responsibilitiesManages job posting and advertisement processesScreens applications and selects qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation and ensures alignment in interview questions and other hiring & selection materials.Conducting interviews for a wide range of goals and keeping the main stakeholders up to date about the progress.Collaborates with onboarding plans and induction presentations.Preparation and joining some campus recruitment and career fairs.Administration and project for the VP People & CultureSupports withreports, recruitment trackers and administrative tasks.Qualifications and requirementsCurrently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.Possibility to establish and internship agreement with your University.Preferably, be available to start in April/May 2025Availability: 40h/week from Monday till Friday during a minimum of 6 months internshipFluency in English (oral and written).
