A master of Immigration / Income Tax / Local Labour laws / Assignment life cycle Compliance with an experience as a Mobility Head (at Global or Country level). Let's get in touch 👇What You’ll Be DoingManaging the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, and complianceCoordinating and managing visa applications, including supporting documentation and compliance checksProviding guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirementsResponding to employee inquiries regarding business trip logistics, such as travel bookings, accommodations, or expense processes.Providing guidance on company travel policies, helping employees understand guidelines and procedures.Assisting in the planning and coordination of corporate business trips.Supporting the mobility team in maintaining up-to-date records of employee travel plans.Providing general administrative support to the wider mobility team as needed.What You'll NeedProven experience in a similar role in a regulated environmentExperience in a hyper-growth companyRelevant qualificationLogical and analytical thinkingStrong communication and stakeholder engagementFlexibility and adaptabilityData and process-driven approach towards HRResults-driven and numbers-oriented working styleExtensive knowledge of local labour lawsFlexibility and adaptabilityDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and proceduresFluent English (verbal and written)Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
