Let's get in touch 🚀What you’ll be doingLeading the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policiesEnsuring global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at RevolutCollaborating with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects and initiatives that shape our employee experience and market positioningLeveraging knowledge on market practise and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation and benefits issuesProviding end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submissions, bonus calculations, and salary reviewsReviewing and update compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositoriesActing as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries, providing swift, accurate support to employees and business partners worldwideWhat you'll need3+ years of relative corporate experience in Rewards or HRExcellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skillsThe ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovationA collaborative attitude and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal colleagues and external clientsExceptional planning and project management skillsAdvanced MS Excel / Google SheetsThe ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controlsA desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentThe ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesNice to haveExperience in a start-up, financial services, or the tech industryExperience working on an multicultural and international teamWorking knowledge of local, regional and global employment law and HR practicesBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
