The People Success (PS) Ops Intern will assist with various PS-related tasks, supporting the PS Leads in different regions.
This position involves working in areas such as labour relations, performance management, employee life cycle and compliance.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in new employee onboarding and offboarding Respond to employee inquiries about policies, job requisitions, job profiles, etc.
Aid in relocation processes and immigration administration Ensure adherence to PS policies and procedures Support administrative tasks and maintain employee files Assist with employee relations cases (grievances, PIPs, terminations, disciplinary cases) Support the annual performance review process Assist in exit interviews Assist in global projects as needed Handle data entries and audits in Workday and support with questions and queries about the platform.
Assist in coordinating local engagement activities Support with requests for documentation from government entities Support with third-party vendors REQUIREMENTS Education In Pursuit of a Bachelor's / Masters degree from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience No minimum experience required Skills & Knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to support the PS team worldwide.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to follow general instructions and be autonomous.
Problem-solving skills based on established criteria.
