Be part of our exciting journey!Specifically, you will:Design and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus in performance.Monitor their performance and continuously optimize campaigns with a data driven approach in mind.Investigate and test new functionalities within the Google and Meta echosystemsTrack analytics and measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale.Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics to ensure consistent brand messages and meet ambitious growth targets.Who are you?You are passionate about pets ❤️.You have a proven track record in paid media, with at least 5 years of experience managing big budgets in several countries.You are fluent in Spanish and English. A 3rd language, specifically French, German or Italian, will be a plus.You have deep hands-on experience in building and optimizing performance campaigns in a high-growth startup environment.You have set up, maintained and optimized lead generation and ecommerce campaigns for at least 2 years, with a focus on the Google ecosystem.You are highly analytic, and work with KPIs in mind.You take initiative, have a strong internal motivation to succeed and don't wait for others to tell you what to do.What are we offering?Competitive compensation according to experience.Permanent contract (40h/week).Remote work in Spain.Great work-life balance.Time and financial support to help you develop your skills.Flexible holidays.
