Your contribution.
You support the Managing Director in day-to-day business with coordination and organisational tasks Responsibility for scheduling, agreeing on and f ollowing up on appointments as well as resource planning Plan business trips and prepare travel expense reports Taking on special projects   What makes you stand out.
At least 5 years of professional experience as Managing Director Personal Assistant or C-Level PA A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree High level of organisational talent and service orientation Empathy and a strong sense of trustworthiness Very good Microsoft Office skills Fluent German and  English (C1) skills written and spoken  What we offer.
