MISSION.
To ensure the optimal work of the HQ factory (Rubí) in terms of efficiency, equipment, Safety and Health, following the guidelines established at the AOP (Maintenance cost Center) FUNCTIONS.
Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance, schedule and actions.
To propose plan and calendar.
To keep the plan, actions and docs on database.
To schedule, to follow and overview the works contracted out to external companies To follow the correct functioning and housekeeping state of the machinery key and implement actions to improve if required New machinery.
to assure the correct installation and starting of the machine, including the training also in terms of safety Support to production in equipment troubles shooting and root cause failure to assure technical availability Schedule and coordinate shutdowns to include preventive maintenance, major projects and facilities modifications To propose improve in process (efficiency, safety, health) Participate in meetings with production team and team leaders Requirements Requirements Internal Interactions.
