PMO SPECIALIST

Your day to day.
The Portfolio Specialist is a key role of the Portfolio Management team, keeping evidence of overall portfolio deliveries, facilitating the governance of the portfolio management events, whilst sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools to portfolio governance.
You will be part of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics [AIDA] department and will be focusing on the management of the Data Portfolio.
There are well established policies and frameworks to help all of us make correct decisions when implementing the technology and we have created a central one stop shop for all Data Demands, ensuring alignment to the strategy, with an Agile Approach.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business.
Review incoming data demands to ensure all requirements are met, collaborating with demand owners and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to streamline submissions.
Maintain the Data Portfolio, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) to keep it up to date.
Coordinate and execute Data Portfolio events, including setting up review agendas and managing one-on-one meetings with stakeholders.
Document and communicate action items post-events to all relevant parties.
Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and enhancing the application of governance methodologies With these skills you are a great candidate.
Strong communication skills, capable of building trustful relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to drive outcomes effectively across various seniorities and teams within a large matrix organization.
Self-starter with the capability to work independently and remotely.
Growth mindset, adaptable and willing to learn and develop.
University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with reporting and analysis tools.
