⭐ Offer Conditions:
Permanent contract.
39-hour work week.
Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
Salary up to €22,800 per year.
Paid training for 3 weeks.
On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides (Madrid).
Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office necessary for meetings and training.
START DATE: January 7th.

Personalized Attention: Provide exceptional and tailored service to our premium clients, ensuring that each interaction aligns with their luxury expectations.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with high-profile clients.
Event Organization: Accompany and assist premium clients at the most important events of the year, ensuring a unique and exclusive experience.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the trends and news in the luxury sector and the most prestigious brands.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to continuously improve the service offered.
🔑 Requirements:
Experience in the Luxury Sector: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with luxury brands or in premium client services.
Native Polish and advanced English (minimum C1).
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-level clients.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure impeccable service.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the changing needs of clients.
Residence in any area of Madrid.
