PPC SPECIALIST (CANARY ISLANDS)

Optimanova Solutions is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz, in Tenerife. The agency was founded 15 years ago by former Google employees. We specialize in providing tailored solutions for medium and large businesses. ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Paid Advertising Manager to join our growing team at our office located in Puerto de la Cruz. You will leverage your expertise in medium and big clients’ accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Adverising and Meta Ads. Your responsibilities will help us achieve marketing goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:Concept, planning and implementation of campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta adsManagement & optimization of campaigns according to predefined performance targetsMonitor and optimize campaigns to achieve desired KPIsReporting and analysis as well as derivation of recommendations for actionKeyword research, market analysis and competitive monitoring Communication with clients via email, video call and/or in personTask coordination and team leadershipREQUIREMENTS:Language skills: fluency in English is a must (other languages are a plus)In-depth Paid Advertising knowledgeAt least 3 years of work experience in the fieldExperience in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/AhrefsExperience in other Social Media Networks (LinkedIn/Pinterest/TikTok Ads) is an advantageResults-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlinesStructured and responsible way of workingStrong communication skills and a high degree of professionalismPersonal initiative and an innovative spiritInterest in digital trendsBENEFITSOpportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects that combine organic and paid marketing effortsCollaborative and fast-paced work environmentAppealing work, attractive workplace and a pleasant working atmosphereMulticultural environment and a multidisciplinary teamCompetitive salary plus performance incentivesOpportunity for career developmentFlat hierarchies and short decision-making pathsFlexible working hoursOpportunity to learn, grow and develop your own ideasFree drinks, fruits and snacksHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
