ZTE dedicates 10% of it's annual revenue to R+D, and it's committed with corporate social responsibility, being member of the World Pact of the United Nations.Roles and Responsibilities:Promote ZTE technical solution and products to customers (mainly operators), as a technical support to the sales team.Maintain and improve technical customers’ relationship, collecting technical requirements in projects and daily works.Play a technical principal role in pre-sales project; Provide technical advices to account manager(sales) and other team members.Leading lab and field product testing.Coordinate a bidding process.Coordinate with Product Line and R&D; Transfer or convert requirements to PL and R&D;Offer technical advice to sales team and maintain CRM of assigned customers.Provide support to delivery team regarding solutions and productsRequirements:3+ years Telecommunication background.Position: Solution Manager for IP / Data CenterProven understanding of telecom IP networks (Front/Mid/Backhaul, Transit, DCI, …); knowledge on main related features, routing protocols (SRv6, CGNAT, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS,…) and management standards and trends (SDN, Netconf, …);Knowledge of data center infra and servers are value added.Product Expert, based on the understanding and analysis of regional markets, determine the operation strategies of products in the region, and formulate the corresponding product, market, and competition strategies. Assumes responsibility for daily technical exchanges and clarification with customers, and maintains customer relationships in the technical line. Completes the pre-bidding guidance, bidding document response, configuration preparation, technical clarification, and technical presentation in the bidding phase. Completes the achievement and implementation of various performance indicators issued by the company together with the account manager and the after-sales personnel.Skills:Customer orientedAble to work in multi- cultures team. Experiences in international organization preferred.Fast self-learning ability.Excellent skills in Spanish and English is a must.
