PRE-SALES SOLUTION ENGINEER

Acting as the technical bridge between sales teams, technology sales consultants and clients, you will work across various stages of the sales journey to translate complex technology offerings into business value propositions.
Job Responsabilities Collaborate with the Technology sales Consultant & Sales team to understand customer needs and deliver High Level Design (HDL) tailored technical solutions that meet those needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) for prospective customers.
Assist in drafting proposals and presentations that clearly explain the technical aspects of our products or services.
Engage with Technology Sales Consultant & - to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and recommend solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales lifecycle, including pre-sales meetings, technical workshops, trainings to internal/external teams and closing discussions.
Work with the product management and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product features and functionalities.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries from customers.
Support the Technology sales Consultant & sales team in overcoming technical objections and identifying customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, and continuously improve product knowledge.
Who you are Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience of at least 1 year in a presales engineering, technical sales, support engineer or solution architect role.
Strong technical background with expertise in cloud computing, enterprise software, networking, cybersecurity, Mobile, Microsoft Azure, AWS,Googe technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience - in building relationships with key decision-makers.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects and tough deadlines.
Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Solid understanding of the sales process and how to align technical solutions with customer business goals.
Ability to understand and resolve customer objections and challenges.
Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.
., ITIL, AWS Certified, Microsoft Certified, Google Certified Solutions Architect), SaaS is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Fix network,GPON,XPON OLT, Fiber Connectivity, Routing & Switching,WIFI,Managed Wifi Experience with solution selling or consultative selling methodologies.
Technical certifications as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified.
Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support.
