We are seeking a Principal Partner to join our team and lead the growth and market positioning of our emerging headhunting firm. This key role will not only be responsible for building our brand presence and strengthening client relationships but also for developing a high-performing team that drives our sustainable and competitive growth. If you are an ambitious, strategic professional with a strong commercial focus, this is a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding venture and make your mark in the executive talent industry.Key Responsibilities:Brand Positioning: Enhance the company’s visibility in the headhunting market by collaborating with the Communication and Marketing Department to create a strong, appealing brand identity that aligns with our company's mission.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans that ensure sustainable growth for the company, aligning sales objectives and revenue projections with our mission and vision.New Client Prospecting: Identify and capture potential clients in key sectors, creating high-value business opportunities in the market.Client Relationships: Build and solidify trust-based relationships with clients, maintaining close contact to understand their needs and offer high-value solutions.Customized Proposals: Work closely with the Research and Operations Management to design proposals and solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements, maximizing perceived value.Negotiations and Agreements: Manage the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, establishing agreements and pricing that generate value for both the client and the company.Market and Competitor Analysis: Evaluate the company’s strengths and weaknesses against competitors, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in our service offerings.Service Portfolio: Collaborate with Research and Operations Management to build an attractive service portfolio that adapts to the evolving needs of our clients.Adapting to Market Trends: Stay informed about headhunting trends and adjust business strategies to enhance the company’s competitiveness and relevance.Team Leadership: Build and lead a sales and business development team, setting clear objectives, providing continuous feedback, and developing team talent.Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at events, conferences, trade shows, and networking activities, establishing key relationships with influential figures in the industry.KPIs and ROI Evaluation: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of implemented strategies and measure the return on investment (ROI) of business development activities.Ideal Profile:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development within Headhunting/Executive Search firms or HR services, with a proven track record in generating new business and managing client relationships.Negotiation and Sales Skills: Ability to design high-value proposals and establish agreements tailored to client needs.Results Orientation: Focused on achieving goals and optimizing commercial processes, with a clear strategic vision for sustainable growth.Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and adapt business strategies based on these insights.Inspirational Leadership: Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, providing direction, motivation, and continuous development.Excellent Communication and Networking Skills: Ability to represent the company in the market and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.What We Offer:Professional Growth: Opportunity to influence the direction and growth of a developing headhunting firm.Collaborative Environment: Be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.Flexible Work Mode: Hybrid work option that balances professional development with quality of life.
