Think of us as your trusted guide, leading your organization through the landscape of modern tech adoption, ensuring every step is taken with confidence and foresight.Job Description:As a SHE lead you work as a process safety specialist within several of the customer's projects, being the projects single point of contact for engineering SHE. You have a vast experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will engage with stakeholders and project team to make sure SHE studies and trainings are being held with the desired quality, according to customers standards and requirements. You will also ensure that SHE requirements are integrated in design and that SHE knowledge is transferred to end users.




Key Responsibilities:• Provide input to the Project Management Plan and Project Delivery Schedule• Ensure training is delivered where needed to the project team and SHE study teams so that SHE studies meet customers' standards and expectations• Engage with local SHE to ensure site experience and requirements are integrated in the design• Engage with the Design Manager to assess the SHE impact of changes• Support the Project Technical Manager in the selection of suitable SHE study contractors• Ensure the SHE studies are completed to a good level of quality and that their outcome is understandable and shared with all the relevant project team members• Take part in project developments and design reviews to assess and advise on potential SHE impact• Provide input in the mechanical completion, Pre Start-up Safety Review, Handovers• Ensure the SHE knowledge is transferred to the userRequirements:


• Experienced process/process safety professional• GMP experience• Strong collaborator with ability to create and maintain effective working relationships• Detail-focused completer/finisher with a results-orientated mindset• Strong leadership qualities with the motivational ability to direct others• Knowledge of the Swedish regulatory context and English language proficiency.Why Join Us?
