The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of procurement operations, ensuring the timely delivery of products and materials to internal and external customers. The role involves implementing efficient systems, supporting SAP integration, and proposing improvements for procurement processes. It requires a mid-level procurement engineer with extensive experience in SAP, inbound logistics, and preferably in the automotive sector.Key Responsibilities:Oversee transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of products and materials to both internal and external customers.Collaborate in the creation of reports and documentation related to procurement activities, ensuring the provision of accurate and up-to-date data for strategic decision-making.Implement new systems for container loading planning, achieving reduction in processing time, improved data accuracy, and enhanced delivery efficiency.Assist in the implementation of SAP for receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes, including contingency planning for system launch.Propose improvements for reverse logistics and product shipment processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfactionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Proven experience in procurement coordination or a similar role within the manufacturing automotive industry.Mid-level procurement engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP, inbound logistics, and the automotive sector.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.High proficiency in EnglishIn addition, at K-LAGAN we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer:- TEAM BUILDING activities.- CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP.- CAREERS AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT offering a wide range of formations.- SPECIAL EVENTS: Summer Dinner, Christmas Dinner and Solidarity Day.- BIRTHDAY OFF: enjoy it how, where and with whom you want!- DISCOUNTS in kindergartens, GYM, and many more...Think it could be interesting for you?Sign up!
