The primary objective of this internship is to assist our Procurement PMO in a varied portfolio of innovation, business continuity and supply assurance projects.
Typically reporting to the Project Lead.

What will you do? Assist to create a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment, coordinate, and direct completion.
Assess the risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified.
Proactively propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, cost, improved accuracy or enhance controls.
Identify opportunities for loss elimination across inbound process.
Ensure that progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
Effectively communicate results, and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required.
The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include.
Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain or related studies.
Ability to understand complex issues in a comprehensible way and to communicate to a wide circle of customers.
Proactivity and ownership are critical to ensure proper traction of the projects.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Additional qualifications.
Intermediate knowledge with MS Office Tools.
Knowledge in GEP.
Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Project Management is a plus.
