PRODUCT ENGINEER FOR BIOPROCESS EQUIPMENT

Un trabajo que abarca desde el análisis de necesidades del mercado y de la competencia, que se hace al inicio de un desarrollo, hasta las pruebas de caracterización de los distintos prototipos hasta su validación para fabricación y venta. Es un trabajo apasionante para alguien que disfrute con la ingeniería de producto. Y que este destinado al sector de la biotecnología, que está en constante evolución y el impacto que tiene, lo hace aún más bonito y exigente. El puesto es hibrido, con algo de teletrabajo y presencial en nuestra sede de Murcia (España). Nuestros equipos de bioproceso tienen masa y volumen, y hay que estar con ellos para pensarlos, crearlos y mejorarlos. Así mismo una parte de las pruebas se realizan en nuestra planta piloto donde se prueban en condiciones reales. El Ingeniero de Producto se integrará en el departamento de desarrollo tecnológico con un equipo multidisciplinar, ya muy numeroso y en crecimiento.Idealmente el candidato disfrutará construyendo métodos y procedimientos para la mejora continua (Kaizen); con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia y poder escalar el conocimiento generado.Responsibilities: - Drafting and updating of documentation, with the support of specialist engineers, where necessary, of conceptual and detailed engineering included in the technological development procedure in the disciplines of:o Participation in the definition of requirements with the departments involved (Customer Support and Marketing).o Process engineering (process diagrams and lists of equipment and instruments)o Management of detailed engineering documentation tasks for the mechanical and electrical design in collaboration with specialists.o Generation of prototype validation protocols.o Management of component lists (BOMs).o Production planning and control documentation.o Documentation of product testing and commissioning.- Execution of product validation tests.- Drafting and updating of official product documents (Manuals, PDI Tests, P&IDs, ...) for the products within its scope.- Collaboration with the manufacturing department in the maintenance of product documentation both manufacturing and user documentation throughout the product life cycle.- Collaboration with Customer Support department in the resolution of incidents reported by customers when required.- Generation of documentation to support training activities both internally (knowledge transfer to production) and to distributors/maintainers and end customers.- Leadership of internal and distributor/maintenance training tasks in the field of the product.Requirements:- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Other engineering.- Degrees in the bio-health field related to Biotechnology are also accepted if experience and engineering skills are demonstrated.- Previous work experience in product management, engineering project management or in production tasks with a heavy documentary load in environments with high quality standards.- Ability and ambition to make decisions within his/her area of responsibility.- Previous experience in the generation of technical documentation written in English.- Ability and complete orientation towards teamwork is essential.- Medium/high level of English, minimum B2 and fluent communication skills.What we offer:Bionet es un proyecto casi único.
