PRODUCT LEAD

You have end-to-end responsibility for the commercial success of a product throughout the full life cycle. Using your communication skills and technical knowledge, you bring the product vision across to the teams. You ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.   Responsibilities   Define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the INFiLED company's goals.Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes for growth and innovation through market research and visits to our customers and sales teams regularly to understand customer needs. Generate proposals based on customer feedback to improve the portfolio ensuring the products solve real customer problems and deliver a compelling user experience.Responsible for the product roadmap EMEA. Prioritizing product developments, detecting vertical market needs, defining product needs, feature prioritization… based on customer needs, benchmarking of competitors, trends, and business impact. Transversal Leadership, a cross-functional role through R+D, Sales and Marketing. Managing the Product lifecycle, from identifying the customer need, developing the specifications requirements, follow-up of the design process, and product launch. Ensure the product is released on time and within the scope defined in the roadmap. Define the product release plan (product, price, distribution channel, communication)Be the product ambassador. Ensure a deep understanding of products and technologies to our sales and the technical team and customers by providing training and demonstrations. Ensure the right message for external communication.Develop KPIs to help different teams improve future product decisions and iterations.Skills  Strong technical skills and AV business awareness. Eager to overcome challenges and grow in a professional team.  Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 10 years in product lead or product management in the AV industry with a track record of launching successful products.
