Join our Security team and experience bringing intelligent technology and advanced threat expertise to organisations that form the UK's Critical National Infrastructure, this specialist team helps to simplify their day-to-day cyber security operations, enabling their own people to focus on their bigger strategic priorities.
What you’ll do This role establishes and owns the plan to deliver and develop VBSE product roadmap in line with the VBSE vision and strategic plan.
• Accountability for alignment of product and portfolio development within VBSE, and Vodafone Business product  • Own new product development within VBSE following the full Product Lifecyle across both Secure and Enhanced Portfolios • Critical analysis of market conditions, identifying gaps and formulating capability gap mitigations across both Secure and Enhanced Portfolios • Manage 3rd party suppliers/vendors and bear responsible for defining commercial logic underpinning new product developments across both Secure and Enhanced Portfolios • Continually improve tasks simplifying the way we operate across both Secure and Enhanced Portfolios • Report on product performance across both Secure and Enhanced Portfolios • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to define, document, and oversee internal processes that support launched services inclusive of bid support   Who you are   • An experience of client-side Secure Public sector/ CNI workings  • Experience of working in the secure sector • Good understanding of the public sector and CNI communities and how the development of security minded products can enhance the portfolio of opportunities • Broad based understanding of Cyber Security, Networking (Incl SDN), Mobile, Cloud and IoT in both secure and non-secure environments • Strong communication/negotiation skills to guide, influence and convince others (including customers/third parties).
• An appetite for change to drive business forward through efficient and effective thinking • Strong project management experience along with Prince2 Practitioner certification • Ability to matrix manage in a multi-faceted organisation incl Legal, Product, Project and Engineering • Good understanding of service management and knowledge of ITIL framework   What we offer   We believe that taking care of our employees is the key to their success.
