This position plays a pivotal role in bringing our core product to market; building relationships with developers, and executing expansion strategies that align with our business objectives. More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Partner with the commercial team to build a seamless, efficient and expedient process of listing new propertiesDevelop the onboarding process for all new properties, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create the most compelling and effective go-to-market program for new properties. Systematize and standardize the programOwn the entire visual and content experience of all properties at VDB, developing innovative solutions to showcase properties that drive engagement, lead generation and sales.  Ensure the highest standards of property assortment are maintained, in line with the VDB product definitionOwn website and portal merchandising, aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Responsible for default product assortment and custom filters to provide flexibility to marketing to showcase assortments aligned with different customer segments and use cases.Partner with channel marketing for go-to market planning: Google Ads, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Email Marketing and ContentTrack and analyze performance of go-to-market plans, identifying trends and opportunities to continuously optimize performance. Gather feedback from sales teams, clients and market trends to further optimize GTM strategiesAdvise and support developers and property owners, as well as VDB management team during the due diligence and the discovery phase prior to the decision on the investment is madeOversee the creation of marketing materials including compelling presentations, digital campaigns, and promotional events to drive awareness and interest in new projects.Develop and manage budgets related to the go-to-market plan, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.Who you are:You are a seasoned product marketing manager with a proven track record of developing highly effective go-to-market programs, within the constraints of budget; scope/quality and time.  You are a strong cross-departmental collaborator and easily liaise between marketing, finance, legal and commercial teams to create a seamless execution of VDB’s Go To Market strategy. You have a strong interest in real estate and adopt a proactive approach to achieving goals.Job Skills & Qualifications:RequiredWe value experience, impact and mindset over educational credentials. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field a plus, but not a requirementMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Analytical with a good balance of left brain / right brain thinkingEasily navigates and is curious about new technologiesStrong communication skills and outgoing personalityFluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
