You will interact with various operational managers to ensure the efficiency and profitability of production operations.
Your role highlights – your responsibilities You will monitor and analyze production KPIs for defining action and improvement plans.
You will conduct detailed monitoring of production campaigns and interact with operational managers.
You will contribute to the development of the group's farming strategy.
You will create new KPIs and methodologies for monitoring.
You will identify sector benchmarks to improve production efficiency.
You will support farm managers and key roles to achieve operational excellence.
You will compare scenarios to identify the best technical options for agricultural production.
You will prepare presentations with relevant analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
You will lead the estimation project and integrate agronomic requirements into the company's software.
You will manage master data for all production subsidiaries.
You will coordinate projects related to agricultural activities, ensuring deadlines are met.

You have a degree in agronomy, agricultural engineering, business administration, or a related field.
You possess additional qualifications in data analysis, project management, or agricultural economics (a plus).
You have strong knowledge of agricultural production systems, especially fruits like blueberries.
You are proficient in KPI creation, tracking, and analysis.
You have expertise in scenario comparison for decision-making.
You are familiar with master data management and ERP or farming software.
You have the ability to lead IT-related projects linking agronomic requirements with commercial needs.
You possess project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional projects.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.
You have strategic thinking and the ability to benchmark and identify best practices.
You are proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
You are comfortable preparing professional presentations.
You are fluent in English and Spanish (French and Portuguese are valuable).
