Are you passionate about Microsoft services and want to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of services incentives, maximizing their impact across the Crayon Group and its subsidiaries?Ready to be a part of a dynamic organization working with all our subsidiaries in 46 countries?Want to join a global IT business that invests in your career growth?Practical Information: Location: Madrid, Spain | Reports to: VP Microsoft Alliances and Programs | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU | Team Size: 3 | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Language Requirements: English, written and spokenAs our new Program Manager – Microsoft Services, you will be involved in building and strengthening relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers and promoting collaboration between our organization and Microsoft. You will drive and own initiatives with Microsoft that align with our joint strategy. In this position you will also be responsible for continuously educating our team around incentive programs and program developments and assessing their effectiveness in driving revenue growth.Other responsibilities will include: Development and nurturing strong relationships with Microsoft Partner Development ManagersIncentives Programs Management - driving continuous training and enablement sessions for Crayon team membersPlanning and execution of demand generation campaigns aligned with various Microsoft programs, incentives, and funding activitiesMicrosoft Portal Management – ensuring of an accurate and timely submission of incentives and maintaining compliance with Microsoft's guidelinesYour competencies: 3+ years' experience in product, program, or project management in a technology organizationGeneral understanding of the Microsoft Suite of Enterprise Cloud Solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics, etc.)Good command of PowerPoint and ExcelExperience working in a Microsoft Partner Organization or with Microsoft directlyAbout you: You are excellent at building relationships and driven by service and customer satisfactionYou are analytical and process oriented with desire to constantly learn and develop your knowledgeYou are a team player and feel comfortable working with a virtual organizationWhat’s on offer?
