PROJECT CONTROLLER / SEGMENT CONTROLLING ANALYST

Performance of tasks involved within a framework of specific instructions.
Performance of technical functions inside a work team focused on a specific task or project including the definition of processes and action plans.
Direct report to the Head of Controlling Compressors.
Your contribution.
Obtain relevant project information from involved team members.
Perform Make-or-Buy analysis for new products and support decision makers.
Determine needed project specific hourly rates.
Calculate and update unit product costing over the entire project lifetime (FACTON) – especially taking in account production, logistics and packaging costs as well as material cost, series tooling cost, project costs of the involved domains and Capex.
Assist in planning, obtaining approval as well as closing of project budgets.
Assist in obtaining the invest approval.
Conduction of post-calculations.
In the context of target costing, assist the project team in achieving competitive costs for purchased parts, processes, and overheads.
Assist in the development of calculation standards (Controlling).
Develop the calculated sales price impact and customer cost breakdown jointly with sales and project manager.
Support the project manager in the review of project profitability.
Coordination and commercial supervision in global projects.
Make the quotation of R&D cost for new project.
Calculate the transfer prices for new products.
Participate in PRC meetings.
Monthly reporting including deviation analysis for subdivision XF and selected ME’sParticipation, preparation, and coordination of business plan (Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan) Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders (incl.
MARS Month End closing activities) Support for global XF plants and R&D centers   Your experience & Qualifications.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
(Nice to have) Engineering background preferably with deep knowledge of compressor products and production process know-how.
Excellent English language skills (C1).
German is a plus.
MS Office, especially Excel.
Very good knowledge in product and project calculation.
