PROJECT ENGINEER FOR PERMITTING. ADVANCED IN GERMAN LANGUAGE.

Reporting directly to Project Manager and Project Director, the permitting coordinator will be in charge of.
- Coordinate between engineering team and local consultancy company to ensure implementation and compliance with local laws, regulation and permitting requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of building permit application in compliance with the project schedule - Attendance to meetings with local subcontractors, Authorities and client.
- To ensure implementation of the requirements of the Authorities in terms of format and content for building permit applications Requisitos - Knowledge of building permit procedures and application in Germany.
Previous experience in similar position in Germany or other European countries is highly valued - High communication and coordination skills to work closely with local subcontractor and engineering team on the preparation of building permit documentation for the project - Good knowledge of engineering deliverables of an industrial EPC project - Team collaboration, coordination between disciplines to streamline the permitting documentation workflow.
We require at least 5 years experience in the position related to industrial/engineering equipments and components and a fluent level of German is a must, please do not apply without this requirement.
Excelent communication and annalitical skills are necesary.
