PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER

Looking for a new challenge as a Project Engineering Manager? The company offers cutting-edge products and services for building installations, specializing in security, electrical, and telecommunications systems. With locations across Spain and two centers in other countries, they are well-established in the market and continue to expand their global reach.What will your role look like?As a Project Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 3 engineers and 4 project supervisors based in both Madrid and Barcelona. Your key responsibilities will include:Team leadership: Ensuring that projects are executed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.Client meetings: Working closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the process, from project inception to final delivery.Technical project development: Designing and reviewing security, electrical, and telecommunications systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.Supporting budget preparation: Collaborating with the commercial team to develop accurate cost estimates, providing technical expertise to ensure success.On-site supervision: Overseeing the on-site execution of projects, ensuring that everything aligns with technical plans and safety standards.What do you need to succeed in this role?Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline is highly desirable.Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing installation projects in buildings (security, electricity, telecommunications, photovoltaics, etc.).Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools.Soft skills: Strong leadership, team management, and client negotiation abilities.Languages: Fluent English (essential).Willingness to travel: Occasional travel may be required.What do we offer?Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:30 and 15:00 to 18:00.
