PROJECT FINANCE ANALYST

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.Opdenergy is now looking for a Project Finance Analyst to give support to our projects globally.What will you help withLead the execution of transactions internationallyManagement of the advisers of the different transactionsReview/Execution of financial models for Project Finance and M&AAnalysis of investment/divestment opportunities in renewable energy projectsAnalysis of financial sensitivities (main variables, analysis of deviations, etc.)Preparation of analysis and monitoring documents for internal CommitteesKnowledge of the infrastructure market and energy marketPreparation of offers for auctions and PPAsCollaboration with the rest of the Financial and Business Area teamsWho you areDegree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business AdministrationExcellent spoken and written English. (C2 is a must) Italian/French is a plusAdvanced computer software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and financial systemsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team, with multiple priorities and tight deadlinesKnowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and practicesInternational experience is a plusGood command of the Office package.
