This role requires extensive experience in RPGs and mobile 3D game development, overseeing the project from concept to completion while ensuring all creative, technical, and business goals are met.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities.
Lead the project management of the game, from initial concept through to launch and live operations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with discipline leads.
Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate and communicate with all teams, including design, development, art, and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues efficiently.
Assist in recruitment and perform capacity planning to ensure adequate project staffing.
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, Tech Lead, and Design Director to maintain project vision and goals.
Manage relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
Leverage Unreal Engine 5 capabilities, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the project innovative and competitive.
Travel as necessary to meet with clients and team members.
You Have.
10+ years of experience in the mobile game industry, with a focus on RPGs, including MMO RPGs and Action RPGs.
Proven track record in managing large-scale game projects, especially mobile 3D games.
Extensive experience with IP-based projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
Experience with JRPGs and a deep understanding of the genre’s specific requirements.
A strong connection to Asian cultures is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality games.
Ability to travel and work with international teams.
Based in the EU area or within a similar timezone.
