The Project Management Controller will be based in Madrid, Spain.
In this position, you will report to the Project Operations Manager.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do… Revenue tracking, Margins tracking, Cash flow overall project health reporting Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Vendors.
High level Project Management Status tracking, Escalations management Understanding Contract requirements on QA and Eng.
documentation, performing support Invoicing execution, Invoice payment tracking Prep of Project handoff from Operations to Asset Management Systems, working within Net Suite, Arena, Anaplan, NX Sam to generate required reports, Purchase orders Here is some of what you'll need (required)… Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.
Capability to build cross functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
