Job Description We are looking for a project manager who will have the responsibility to manage, supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance.
The person will work in close contact with managers to follow both, customer projects and internal projects.
Primary duties Project planning.
creating detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
Monitoring and control.
Monitor project progress and update plans and schedules as necessary.
Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
Resource management.
Optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources.
Proactively identify and address potential project risks.
Project reporting.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
Daily use of project management software (Clickup or similar).
Innovation Analysis.
Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of innovative projects.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
1+ years of experience in Project Management.
High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc) Being an excellent team player.
Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc) Soft skills.
organization, communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, proactivity.
Other valued skills (not mandatory) Experience as a Project Manager in technical projects.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
