Sep Principales Responsabilidades.
Planificación y Ejecución de Campañas con Equipos Cross-Funcionales.
Diseñar, implementar y supervisar campañas de marketing/comunicación, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
Gestión de Proyectos Cross-Portfolio.
Colaborar estrechamente con los PMs de cada marca en el diseño y ejecución de actividades, asegurando una estrategia coherente a lo largo de todo el portafolio, alineada con la estrategia de las marcas.
Colaboración con Equipos Multifuncionales.
Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos comerciales y áreas de soporte para garantizar el alineamiento de objetivos y la ejecución eficiente de las actividades planificadas.
Desarrollo de Reuniones de Ciclo con Equipos Comerciales.
Coordinar y asegurar la ejecución perfecta de las reuniones de ciclo del portafolio, en colaboración con los equipos comerciales.
Análisis de Métricas y KPIs.
Hacer seguimiento y analizar las métricas clave de desempeño (KPIs) de las campañas para optimizar estrategias y reportar resultados de manera precisa.
Gestión de Presupuesto.
Administrar y manejar el presupuesto del área asignada, garantizando un uso eficiente de los recursos y maximizando el retorno sobre la inversión (ROI).
¿Por qué tú? Requisitos básicos.
Grado universitario en ciencias de la salud, marketing o áreas relacionadas Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de proyectos de marketing Orientación a resultados.
Capacidad de trabar con objetivos claros, cumplir plazos y obtener resultados medibles   Habilidades de comunicación.
Habilidades sólidas en presentaciones a equipos Conocimientos en estrategias de marketing digital Nivel de Inglés avanzado.
Capacidad de  trabajar en entornos internacionales, incluyendo la comunicación efectiva en inglés Job Posting End Date.
